Care Instructions

Linen Cover & Inner Pillow - washing instructions

* Wash separately in lukewarm or cold water (below 40°C) using a gentle machine cycle or a delicate hand wash

* Do not soak for more than 10 minutes if you do a handwash

* Use a mild detergent without optical brightners

* Do not bleach or use fabric softner

* Do not soak, iron, dry clean or tumble dry

* Air-dry in the shade away from direct sunlight

 

Important - Your pillow should be removed from packaging within 48 hours of receiving it.

 

Unboxing your pillow 

Welcome to your Zabbidoo Nursing Pillow

Designed with care, sealed for freshness, and ready to bring comfort to your feeding moments.

* Gently open use scissors to cut the outer plastic—take care not to nick the pillow or cover.

* Release the air ,open the vacuum bag and watch your pillow slowly come to life as it fills with air again.

* Fluff with love, Due to compression during shipping, the cotton filling may shift. To restore the pillow to its original size, gently knead and massage the pillow, pulling the cotton filling outward towards the edges. Shake well and allow the pillow to sit flat for it fully expand. Please repeat this a few times for the next 24 to 48 hours to allow the pillow to regain it's original shape. 

* Let it breathe, lay it flat in a sunny or airy space for 24–48 hours so it can fully expand and soften - not in direct sunlight

* Dress it up, once fully fluffed, slip on your linen or cotton cover, smoothing out any creases.

* Ready for cuddles, your pillow is now perfectly plump and ready for those beautiful feeding and bonding moments.

 

🌿 Tip: A gentle linen scent is natural and fades quickly. If you like, freshen by airing outdoors away from direct sunlight

Safety is a priority at Zabbidoo:

The breastfeeding pillow should be used under adult supervision at all times for it’s intended purpose. Please follow the below guidelines

 

* Adult supervision is required at all times

* Do not put the pillow in the baby’s sleeping environment

* Do not put the pillow next to a wall or vertical surface

* Babies have been injured from falls - do not use the pillow as a prop or on raised surfaces

* Use the pillow only with the cover fitted and the zip fastened

* Keep pillow cover out of reach of children to avoid a suffocation risk

* Keep away from heat and flame

* Do not jump on the pillow

* Do not modify the pillow

* Do not use the pillow if it is damaged or broken

* Keep all packaging away from babies and children

* Dispose of all packaging

 

Safe Sleep Guidelines:

As per the Red Nose Guidelines, the safest place for a baby to sleep is on a clean firm mattress in a bassinet or cot, placed on their back. Do not use loose blankets when your baby is sleeping. If your baby needs extra warmth, use a lightweight sleeping bag or add an extra layer of clothing

Change of mind

We offer returns if product is unused/unwashed and in original packaging and condition. You first need to contact support@zabbidoo.com in 7 days of receiving the item to arrange the return. The return postage cost needs to be paid by the customer. After the product is received back and inspected, upon approval you will receive a full refund of the original cost paid.

If you wish to receive another item instead you will be liable for the shipping cost, which will be quoted and needs to be paid before a new item can be send to you.

 

Pre-Order Information

All pre-orders are dispatched once stock arrives. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items are shipped together. If you need more information please contact us at support@zabbidoo.com.

 

Faulty Items

We stand behind the quality and comfort of each pillow. 

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a replacement or full refund. 

 

If there is a manufacturing fault, we will replace your pillow within 30 days of when your order was received.

 

To arrange the replacement, please contact us at support@zabbidoo.com. Include the following information when you contact us:  Photos of the fault and your confirmation of purchase. We might require a pillow to be returned for inspection to review the problem, we will bear the cost if it is a manufacturing fault and send you a replacement pillow.

 

Important - Items damaged due to incorrect care and general wear will not be replaced.
