Our refund and return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or return within a certain timeframe and if you meet the following criteria.

1. general

We stand by the quality of our pillows — if there is a problem please contact us to discuss so we can come to a solution.

 

You’ve got 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original condition, unwashed and returned with all tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

 

How to Start a Return:

Email us at support@zabbidoo.com to start the process. We’ll provide the return address and simple instructions to help get your pillow back to us.
Please don’t send anything without contacting us first — we can’t accept unapproved returns.

 

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.

 

Our Guarantee

We stand by the quality of the Zabbidoo Nursing Pillow - and will find a solution with you if there is an issue. If your pillow arrives genuinely damaged or with a manufacturing fault, contact us at support@zabbidoo.com within 7 days of receiving it. Please include a photo of the issue and your order number - and we’ll sort it fast, whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.

 

Important - The Zabbidoo pillow should be removed from the compression bag within 48 hours of receiving the pillow. 

 

Because the Zabbidoo inner pillow is compressed for shipping, it might take 1-2 days to retain the original shape of the pillow.  See opening instructions below.

 

1. Gently open use scissors to cut the outer plastic—take care not to nick the pillow or cover.

2. Release the air ,open the vacuum bag and watch your pillow slowly come to life as it fills with air again.

3. Fluff with love, Due to compression during shipping, the cotton filling may shift. To restore the pillow to its original size, gently knead and massage the pillow, pulling the cotton filling outward towards the edges. Shake well and allow the pillow to sit flat for it fully expand. Please repeat this a few times in the 24 to 48 hours to allow the pillow to regain it's original shape.

4. Let it breathe, lay it flat in a sunny or airy space for 24–48 hours so it can fully expand and soften - not in directs sunlight

5. Dress it up, once fully fluffed, slip on your linen or cotton cover, smoothing out any creases.

6. Ready for cuddles, your pillow is now perfectly plump and ready for those beautiful feeding and bonding moments.

 

🌿 Tip: A gentle linen scent is natural and fades quickly. If you like, freshen by airing outdoors away from direct sunlight

 

Once the pillow has fluffed out it is recommended to then wash both the pillowcase and the pillow inner separately before use.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Pre-Order Returns (Before Shipping)

Changed your mind before your pillow is shipped? You can cancel your pre-order anytime for a full refund. Just send us an email at support@zabbidoo.com and we’ll process the refund.

 

Pre-Order Returns (After Delivery)

If you’re not happy with your item once it arrives, you can return it if you contact us within 7 days of receiving it - unused/unwashed and in it's original condition - for a full refund. You’ll just need to cover return shipping. We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive the item back.

 

Warranty & Faults

If there’s a manufacturing fault, we’ll replace it. The Zabbidoo pillow is a quality addition to your new baby essentials. Please contact us with photo's within 30 Days of receiving your pillow with your proof of purchase, Photo's of the issue and send this to support@zabbidoo.com and we will send you a replacement after approval. In some cases the pillow might need to be send to us for further inspection.

 

Normal wear and tear and incorrect use of the pillow/not following washing instructions will not receive a replacement item.

5. change of mind or colour

Absolutely - Before delivery is best (subject to availability)

After delivery?  - As long as your pillow hasn’t been used and is still in its original condition and unused, we’re happy to exchange it for a different colour (subject to availability). Just get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll walk you through the process.

 

You’ll just need to pay for the return shipping, and we will organise it for you.

6. australian consumer law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. If the item has a manufacturing fault the 30-day return policy applies.

7. refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@zabbidoo.com.
